Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value. Orders with a value of 20 € or more are free of shipping costs within Germany.
I wish to buy many items. Can I save my shopping cart and continue shopping later?
Sorry, you can't continue shopping later without losing the items in your cart!When you sign in to your account sometimes later unfortunately all your items will be removed from your cart! We are working on this problem.
Can I also order by phone or e-mail?
No, orders are only possible via the shop.
Can I also order from abroad?
Of course you can! Shipping costs to your country can be found at the bottom of the page under Dispatch & delivery.
Do I receive an order confirmation?
You will immediately receive an e-mail with a summary of the order data, our general terms and conditions as well as a note on the right of withdrawal.
Can I cancel an order?
If you would like to cancel an order, please send us a message as soon as possible. If the item is not yet in the shipping process, we simply cancel the order. Regardless of this, you have a right of withdrawal.
How can I pay?
Payment is always made in advance: either by bank transfer (within the Euro zone) or by PayPal. You can find more information under Dispatch & delivery in the footer.

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are 4,99 € within Germany. Starting from a value of 20 € we dispatch even free of charge within Germany! Detailed information - especially for shipping abroad - can be under Dispatch & delivery in the footer.
How do I know when the shipment was dispatched?
Delivery within Germany usually takes place within 3-5 days after receipt of payment. If the shipment is not received within 10 days after the payment, please send an e-mail to email@example.com and provide us with the order/invoice number so that we can investigate. Unfortunately, deliveries abroad sometimes take considerably longer.
I live very close by. Can I pick up the order on site?
No, unfortunately we cannot offer pickup by the customer.
Complaints & Returns
An article does not correspond to the stated condition. How can I make a complaint?
Please send us a short e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with order/invoice number, customer number and reason for complaint. We will contact you shortly and will certainly find a satisfactory solution. Please note that complaints must be made immediately.
My package is obviously being delivered damaged. What can I do?
Only goods from undamaged received shipments can be easily claimed or returned. If the package is externally damaged, please refuse acceptance. If you notice the damage after receipt and the delivery was made to Germany, report the damage to the nearest post office within 7 days after receipt and fill out a damage report there. DHL will investigate the damage and report it to us. Of course you will then also receive your payment back.
How does a reshipping/return work?
In the event of a complaint, we will send you a DHL return sticker (as a PDF by e-mail) in advance, which entitles you to return the item(s) free of charge via DHL. In the event of a withdrawal, however, you must pay for the return costs yourself. Please send the package well packed with DHL sticker or sufficiently franked - not unstamped! - to the following address:

Returns should be made within 14 days after complaint or within the withdrawal period.
